Mind Wobble offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible subscription charges bought on the web.
If you subscribed inside the Mind Wobble iOS app, this guarantee does not apply to that charge. Apple processes App Store purchases and controls their refunds, so we cannot promise one. See "App Store purchases" below for what to do instead. Your statutory rights are unaffected either way.
Because Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record, the contract of sale for payment transactions is with Paddle and payment execution, invoicing, and refund processing are carried out through Paddle.
This page explains Mind Wobble's additional goodwill refund promise. It should be read together with our Terms of Service (in particular Section 7.7 — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee), Paddle's Buyer Terms, and Paddle's Refund Policy. If mandatory consumer law or Paddle's buyer-facing legal terms give you greater protection, those rights apply.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a Mind Wobble subscription charge, whether it is monthly or annual, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the charge you want refunded.
The 14-day free Pro trial never takes payment details and never creates a charge, so there is nothing to refund if it ends. This guarantee applies to eligible paid subscription charges after you choose a paid plan.
This voluntary guarantee applies to the relevant subscription charge only. It does not automatically refund earlier charges.
We may decline this voluntary guarantee where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour, or where Paddle is required to review or reject the refund under its platform controls.
Web purchases: how refunds work with Paddle
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for Mind Wobble. That means:
- your payment contract is with Paddle;
- Paddle executes approved refunds back to the original payment method where possible;
- Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to payment transactions; and
- Mind Wobble remains responsible for the app itself and for first-line support.
App Store purchases
If you bought your subscription inside the Mind Wobble iOS app, the purchase was processed by Apple through the App Store, not by Paddle. Refunds for those charges are requested from, and decided by, Apple.
To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account you bought with, and choose the Mind Wobble purchase. Apple applies its own criteria and timescales.
We cannot issue, approve, or speed up an Apple refund, and our 30-day goodwill guarantee does not cover App Store charges. What we can do is confirm your account and subscription details so you have what you need for the request, and help with anything on the Mind Wobble side. Email hello@mindwobble.com from your account email address.
To stop future App Store charges, cancel the subscription in Settings on your Apple device under your Apple Account subscriptions. Deleting your Mind Wobble account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer apply to App Store purchases as they do to web purchases, and nothing here requires you to go through Apple before raising a statutory claim with us.
How to Request a Refund
This section covers web purchases. For an App Store purchase, use Apple's process as set out above.
The simplest way is to email hello@mindwobble.com from the email address registered to your Mind Wobble account, telling us you would like a refund. Using your account email lets us verify the request and find the charge. We will then ask Paddle to process the refund on your behalf.
You can also raise a request directly with Paddle:
- Locate your purchase receipt email from Paddle
- Click the View receipt or Manage subscription link in that email, or visit paddle.net
- Enter your order details to raise a refund request
A refund request closes your account
Because almost everyone who asks for their money back wants to stop using Mind Wobble, we treat a refund request as a request to also cancel your subscription and close your account. When we process your refund, we will cancel your subscription so you are not billed again, and delete your account and its data in line with Section 10 (Data Deletion & Retention) of our Terms of Service.
If you would like a refund but want to keep your account open, just say so in your message and we will leave your account in place.
What's Covered
This refund policy applies to:
- Mind Wobble monthly and annual subscriptions purchased through our website
- The individual subscription charge you ask us to refund, provided the request is made within 30 days of that charge
It does not apply to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, which are covered by Apple's refund process and by your statutory rights.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds under our 30-day guarantee are full refunds of the refunded charge, including taxes collected on that charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Processing Time
Paddle's current Refund Policy says eligible refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval.
Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.
After 30 Days
After 30 days, our voluntary money-back guarantee no longer applies. Refunds may still be available where required by law or under Paddle's applicable buyer-facing policies.
Your Statutory Rights
Depending on where you live and the type of transaction, you may also have mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights.
For example, Paddle's current Refund Policy says that consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and the UK may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for some digital content and service contracts, subject to exceptions. Paddle's current policy also says this right generally applies to one-off purchases and the first payment under a subscription, with a new 14-day period after a free trial ends and, in some UK annual subscription scenarios, on renewal.
Immediate access or use of the service, together with the consents and acknowledgements given at checkout, may affect those rights. See Paddle's current Refund Policy for country-specific rules.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have and does not limit them.
Cancellation and Account Closure
When we process a refund under this policy, we will also cancel your subscription (so you are not billed again) and close your account, deleting your data in line with Section 10 (Data Deletion & Retention) of our Terms of Service. Access to the refunded subscription period ends at that point. If you would prefer a refund without closing your account, tell us when you contact us and we will leave it in place.
If you simply want to stop future charges without requesting a refund, you can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Via the Paddle buyer portal (link in your receipt email); or
- By emailing hello@mindwobble.com
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We can almost always resolve refund requests faster directly, and chargebacks may delay resolution.
